You may delete your account at any time.

Forma reserves the right to suspend or remove any content that violates these rules. The same goes for accounts that our team deems to have violated these rules.

• Process and store your form responses
• Use anonymized data to improve the service

You are responsible for complying with any applicable privacy or data laws when collecting responses from others.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Forma may offer both free and paid plans. For paid plans:

• Fees are charged in advance
• All payments are final and non-refundable
• You may cancel anytime, and your plan will end at the next billing cycle
• Pricing may change at any time without notice

8. Service Availability

Forma is an MVP product and may experience downtime or changes without notice. We'll do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and you acknowledge that the service may not always operate perfectly. The service may also be discontinued at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All original code, design, and branding of Forma are owned by the operator. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the platform.

10. Termination

You may stop using Forma at any time. Forma may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or abuse the service.

11. Limitation of Liability

Forma is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forma (and its operator) is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated occasionally, without notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Greece.
